As a Virtual Assistant, I help business owners who are brilliant at what they do, but stretched thin behind the scenes. The inbox, the admin, the follow-ups, the systems that only exist in your head, that’s my lane.
Before I became a VA, I spent over a decade inside businesses. I started in customer service, moved through admin and coordination roles, and ended up managing a multi-million-pound department and a team. I know what it’s like to juggle priorities, make decisions all day long, and keep things running when there’s no room for mistakes.
When my son was born in 2022, the traditional 9–5 stopped making sense. It didn’t work for me anymore. I wanted work that fit around life, not the other way round. So I built a business that lets me do both, and now I support other business owners to do the same.
These days, I’m the right-hand support for founders who want things handled properly. Calm inboxes. Clean systems. Chased invoices. Smooth processes. The stuff that keeps a business healthy, but rarely gets the attention it deserves.
I work across general admin, customer support, systems and platforms. There’s honestly not much that I can’t help you with… I always say to potential clients “if you can do it on your computer, I can probably help”.
